The room was perfectly clean and brand-new with a view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Kaidagelan Cultural Museum. The airport was 25 minutes' drive away...

Location: the hotel was just off the restaurant, and Beitou. We could drink something at Yuuduki Bar, located 1 mi away. Brand-new modern room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe were appreciated.

During our stay at Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the front office staff. Thanks to her quick thinking, we made it to the airport on time for our flight back to Singapore. The hotel even prepared takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the way. The room itself was gorgeous, with high-quality furnishings and a beautiful Japanese-style tatami mat. The private hot spring tub was a highlight, as it retained heat well and provided a relaxing experience. We also appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing us to use the public hot spring a few hours before check-in and checking out an hour late.

Clean and amazing place with very amiable staff at the reception desk and the front desk. Good meals with hot drinks. The pool area is nice too. Late check out.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was brand-new. Appreciated our rooms with a view. Having a bidet, a walk-in shower and robes was a bonus. All the staff were really helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was particularly good, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was just off the restaurant.

The room was reasonably spacious with smoke detectors for safety measures.

Nothing not to love.

Celebrated the New Year at a fantastic hotel with great complementary breakfast and spa treatments. the hotel location was perfect, and we enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our room. Another advantage was the spacious and comfortable bed, and the room was nicely decorated.

The shuttle bus service from the nearest station was infrequent, which made it difficult for us to get around the area. Plus, the vending machine was missing from the hotel, which was inconvenient when we needed mid-night snacks.
